Registration for youth should be completed by a parent/guardian no later than March 15. 

Youth Leaders & Committee Members attending the Summit need to complete Summit registration as well as

“Protecting Children and Youth”

training if not already done. All youth turning 14 in 2020 through graduating seniors are invited to attend. 

 

This form must be completed for each participant (Leader & Youth) attending the Summit.
